Basierend auf Verbrauchsprofilen und Informationen über den HH
Aktuelle Kundenportale wie das Luca Portal bieten allg. Informationen und Energiespartipps. Als Nutzer erhalte ich auf Fragen (noch) kein Feedback in Echtzeit und eingeschränkte Interaktionsmöglichkeit.
Die Herausforderung liegt in der Nutzung von Chatbot-Technologien. Der Kunde sollte die Möglichkeit haben, Fragen zu stellen, die in einer überschaubaren Zeit (im Idealfall auch automatisiert) beantwortet werden können. Ein direktes Feedback auf Anfragen sollte ermöglicht werden. Ein erweitertes Ziel wäre sicherlich, zusätzliche Informationen vom Kunden (durch nachfragen der Bots) zu erhalten
