09_Customer data analysis

Identification of patterns and correlations of anonymised electricity customer data for the development and optimisation of products and services, processes and customer-utility communication.

The Challenge:

The aim is to develop an approach that complies with data protection requirements and allows Swiss utility companies to a) correctly classify their customers, taking into account various data sources and influencing factors, and b) develop products and services tailored to their needs. Furthermore, the application should contribute to improving internal processes.

All attendees, sponsors, partners, volunteers and staff at our hackathon are required to agree with the Hack Code of Conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.
