Aufbau und Betrieb einer Car-Sharing Flotte in Wetzikon
Bestimmung der Nutzertypen (Wer ist die Zielgruppe)
Nutzung von privaten Fahrzeugen oder werden Fahrzeuge bereitgestellt (analog Mobility)?
Sollen nur Elektroautos berücksichtig werden oder auch normale Verbrenner?
Wie soll ein allfälliges Reservierungssystem oder eine Applikation (App) dafür aussehen?
Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung (Businessplan light)
Akzeptanz in der Bevölkerung: Soll die Stadt oder die Stadtwerke Wetzikon eine Car-Sharing Flotte betreiben und finanzieren? Sollen Dritte die Infrastruktur aufbauen und betreiben (analog Mobility)?
