Chat advisor

The Zurich Tourism office receives a lot of questions via their online chat function. At the moment these questions are being answered by an employee, which means that this service cannot be provided around the clock. Goal of this challenge is to provide an information system that the guests can interact with 24/7.

Your solution must be able to answer basic questions regarding establishments, their opening hours, events, etc.
