Welche bestehende Systeme/Applikationen könnte man nutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung (Businessplan light) ,
Akzeptanz in der Bevölkerung:
Soll die Stadt oder die Stadtwerke Wetzikon solche Tankstellen betreiben und finanzieren? Sollen Dritte die Infrastruktur aufbauen und betreiben (analog Benzin-/Dieseltankstellen)?
