Perfect Pizza #10
Use image processing and additional information to tell us when the pizza is ready
Pizza is one of the most popular dishes all over the world. Reaching exactly the desired consistency in the oven is however a challenge for automation and even for the human eye.
The idea is to use a vision system to monitor the baking process of the Pizza. We will provide you a time lapse video and (at least) synchronized temperature information inside the oven. We challenge you to apply data/image processing tools of your choice to identify the "perfect-pizza" moment.
