Unterstützt bei der Objektbegehung zur energetischen Beurteilung zur Erneuerung und Sanierung. Könnte vielleicht je nach Tool auch ein Planungswerkzeug werden
Die App erlaubt durch Photographie einer Szenerie, Licht, Raumsituation, Apparate Datenschilder, Konstruktionsdetails, Materialien und der Verwendung von Daten die eingegeben werden und öffentlich zugänglich sind eine Systemische Analyse. Vielleicht auch den Einbezug bestehender Simulationstools (Tachion)
Es werden Sanierungsstrategien vorgeschlagen, Isolation, Wärmespeicher, PV, Energiemanager etc.
Wartungsarbeiten, Wartungspläne oder auch Systemeinstellung des bestehenden Systems werden vorgeschlagen.
