Kundensegmentierung/-Analyse auf Basis offener Daten vs Daten eines Energieversorgungsunternehmens. Beispiele haben bereits gezeigt, dass eine Kundenanalyse/Kundensegmentierung auf Basis offener Daten bereits möglich ist und es keine Kundendaten mehr benötigt. Ist dem so und wenn ja, wie sieht es aus?
