The problem Swissmedic website is complex, visitors struggle to find what they need and many end up contacting Swissmedic to get a clear answer.

  • Information structure is hard to understand for outsiders.
  • Not targeted
  • The website is not aimed at specific users which drives them into time-consuming searches.
  • Increase help requests
  • When visitors don't find what they need, they contact support, placing an additional burden on Swissmedic.
